QUALIFICATIONS |

Mr. Severance has been
working as a Corrosion Technician at Corrosion Testing Laboratories, Inc.
for over 5 years. He performs corrosion tests following ASTM, NACE and
other specifications. His responsibilities include sample login, sample
preparation, test solution preparation, equipment setup, monitoring the
test, taking down the test, evaluating test specimens, and preparing test
reports. He regularly performs metallographic analysis of exposed test
specimens. |

Mr. Severance has an Associates Degree in
Applied Science with additional coursework in mechanical engineering
including General and Quantitative Chemistry, Materials Science for
Engineers, and Corrosion and Protection. He is a Certified NACE
International Corrosion Technician. |

At Alanx Wear Solutions, he worked in
production and as a laboratory technician. He was involved in evaluation of ceramic
composite test specimens by mechanical testing (modulus of rupture) and by
preparation of mounts. He was also involved in preparation and monitoring
of tests, as directed by the technical manager. Additionally, he monitored the
statistical variation in a ceramic product. |
